Hello CARA Runners,

The forecast has worsend for tomorrow. According to Weather.com, we face thunderstorms and flood warnings across Chicagoland until 10:30am. Below are the effected sites.

RECOMMENDATION

The forecast has improved for Sunday. Currently, I’d recommend most runners move their long run to Sunday. We will have hydration on the lakefront Sunday morning. You are invited to join the Sunday Montrose group at 6:30am. Even for our suburan folks, you’d be surpised how quick the drive is into the city at 6:00am on a Sunday!
