Build Cycle 3, Week 2
Raining or humid, warm or hot, windy or breezy - predictions are all over the place for what the weather will be tomorrow morning. Regardless of what happens, though, we are in for some new distances. This is when runners start feeling the mileage, so let’s keep an eye on them. Thankfully, after tomorrow, we role into a cutback week.
Notable Path Events
Nothing scheduled on the path.
PUMA’s Chi-Town Miles, hosted by CARA, is on the Wilson Track tomorrow night, in case anyone asks.
