CARA Montrose 6am - Week 5
Double-digit Miles for All and a PUMA discount code!
Drizzle, or Showers, or Nothing
It’s Chicago - so maybe we’ll get just a drizzle in the morning, maybe it’ll be a complete downpour, maybe it’ll be done before our run and be a beautiful morning for a run. Who knows?! The forecast doesn’t call for lightning, so we are going to be out running regardless of the precipitation.
Notable Path Events
Chicago Sprints Regatta - it’s that time of year, when the path along the Lincoln Park Lagoon gets really crowded with bleary eyed rowers stumbling around the path. Feel free to give them a shout (kindly and politely, of course) to move aside.
Cycling on Chicago’s Lakefront - there is an organized bicycle ride starting on the south end of the LFT, which may reach all the way up to Monroe; they might go further north. I haven’t been able to see what their route is.
